Honestly, I don't like anything that requires me to have a smartphone to use it. By all means, have it as an option; I scrutinize it more intently and am not generally gonna use/buy/like it. About qr-code menus, there's a place that went fully online only (app required) to order their food. They don't have a kiosk on site either last I checked. It's really weird from a business sense to just cut off customers without smartphones.
