- rockemsockem 3y agoSounds really unclear from the article. They say that the Armenians that were targeted could have been targeted by either Azerbaijan or their own government.
- hot_gril 3y agoIt's uncertain, but it says there's unrelated 2021 evidence that Azerbaijan is already a Pegasus customer. That would also make more sense given that they have military trade with Israel while Armenia doesn't.
