Seems odd to Sherlock the daily journaling ecosystem when the Notes App could already be used for the same thing.

- tinus_hn 3y agoSo basically the apps in the daily journaling ecosystem are useless, because the Notes App can already do what they do?
- ChrisLTD 3y agoTo be more precise, the Notes app could be used as a barebones version of a journaling app, which leaves enough room for dedicated types of note apps (in this case journaling) to flourish. As a platform maker, I think you have to walk a careful line between what you do in-house vs. what you let your partners provide. A daily journal seems niche enough to leave to the partners.
