Can ChatGPT Replace UX Researchers?

- scrum-treats 3y agoOn the contrary, if you feed ChatGPT (GPT-4) a bunch of good UX research designs (the documentation describing the experiments) along with the code, I am willing to wager ChatGPT will perform quite well. Alternatively you can fine-tune the model with the same data and get even better results. It's a bit unnerving. You'd still want UX researcher and QAE to review and approve, just like any code review and research plan. But, it's happening...
