- neovialogistics 3y agoDespite China's reputation for central planning, the entire phenomenon of chemical exports to any non-government buyers in Latin America strikes me as a foreign policy oversight by Beijing. Would have been totally banned under Zemin if my figuring of CCP history is correct. Unless it's an overeager and non yet cracked-down-on wolf warrior rubber stamping the exports, maybe.
