Unnecessary complexity? Rube Goldberg? Folks would plug their car in to the charger when they get home just like EV owners do now. The CCS-2 connector is a bidirectional power connector.

Ford just decided to standardize on the Tesla charging connector so it doesn’t appear this is a mass market solution.   Or they'll use adapters at the Tesla charging stations? Just like they do now?

    Ford will only have NACS plugs on all their EVs starting in 2025.
