I was in San Diego, and we used a meat supplier called Old Creek Ranch on the central coast in California: http://www.oldcreekranch.net/ http://www.oldcreekranch.net/ They aren't a well-oiled production machine (which is the point, right? :-) ) so orders will usually take a little longer than you expect but it's worth it.
