I cannot see this happening. The Switch is old and the new console will be coming out either next year or the year after. It doesn't make much sense for them to be releasing a lot of new feature that might draw people away from their next console. Now adding games to their next console? I can see that if the hardware is right. Thing is though, nothing will be as pleasant as using it on the actual hardware. If it isn't on an actual DS/3DS, I don't see the point in playing at all personally unless they radically change the controls to a rereleased game.
