I often screw up roux, sometimes I get it and sometimes I don't.
For the times I don't, there's Nutribullet.
- MisterBastahrd 3y agoThe funny thing is that the jarred stuff is just as good as the roux you make on your stove. It's also perfectly fine to make a giant batch of the stuff and freeze it, and there are numerous recipes for doing it in your oven or even your microwave with great results.
