- danielmarkbruce 3y agoI don't think that's what they are saying. Anything which increases the productivity of software development meaningfully will change the buy/build choice.
- d0mine 3y agoDoes it really increase the productivity for general development tasks? For most tasks generative AI requires more time than it saves for me (stone soup). It might change in the future
- danielmarkbruce 3y agoIt saves me enormous amounts of time when I'm just outside my comfort zone. Hours and hours of fiddling around, researching, trying things etc can be reduced to minutes.
