Besides other possible issues in the testing of the material, see my comment yesterday on another thread: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36020057 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36020057 the paper describes a 36 sqm house, 6 m x 6 m with structural concrete. Whatever is depicted in the photo (that has BTW a metallic structure) is approximately 2.4 m deep and surely doesn't look like 15 m long, so it isn't 36 sqm and is not the one referenced in the paper.
