How's about if you're doing something that's illegal internationally, union-wide and locally, then you're simply doing something illegal (and likely evil, as in the case of kidnapping people and floating them out to sea). Whether folks see SK/Israel the way you say or not, I'd wager both groups agree that it should always be illegal to do something as evil as kidnapping a group of people and sending them out to sea against their will.
