Montana's governor is going after Temu, WeChat, and Telegram, too

One scenario is a ban of (some) apps for everyone in Montana and the other is a ban of those same apps on Gov devices. 1) Governor Greg Gianforte wants to ban other apps from foreign tech companies. Gianforte accused Telegram, WeChat, and Temu of being affiliated with "foreign adversaries" and wants the apps out of Montana. 2) Gianforte demanded that no electronic device issued by the state of Montana download any aforementioned apps by June 1. I'm fairly certain that aformentioned means the apps itemized in 1) but the article's wording lacks clarity for me. I am not fully sure.
