I got the idea from the emails Intuit kept sending me saying that the desktop version was done and I'd have to buy a subscription from now on.
- electroly 3y agoYou do have to buy a subscription, but the desktop version is not done. There is a subscription for the desktop edition and separately one for the online edition. They are still perfectly happy for you to use the desktop edition. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/desktop/ https://quickbooks.intuit.com/desktop/ -- it's the "Work on desktop" options.
