I wonder if Intel will still have to pay licensing fees to AMD for x64 with this move?

- monocasa 3y agoAlmost certainly. The underlying form of the IP cross licensed is in patents on implementation of x86_64 cores. Those will still be on the table for as long as the patent terms last.
