What a shame. I really liked Neeva the times I used it, although not quite enough to replace Google for me. They were the most credible alternative for an English-based true competitor to Google and Bing, the distant second. Genuinely surprised they aren't annoying being acquired; their traditional search expertise would make a great companion to someone doing LLM-based information retrieval. (Not to mention their in-house LLM expertise).
