See Congress polarize over the past 60 years, in one beautiful chart (2015)
- jfengel 3y agoI tried to see if anybody had updated this paper, but a brief search didn't turn up anything. (I scanned the citations of this paper, and the other papers of the lead author.) The graphs show near-perfect polarization since the mid-90s and I doubt it would have gotten any better in the past decade. It couldn't have gotten much worse.
