- gumballindie 3y agoBecause openai likely wants people to train their model and pay openai in the process. No thanks.
- zubairshaik 3y agoOpenAI does address this: paying for API access [0] means that OpenAI does not use your data for training any models [1], while using ChatGPT directly at chat.openai.com does share your data for training by default. However, you can turn this off in settings[2], but companies would probably not be comfortable with this option.
