An easy fix for this would be to have a lever or handle that physically disconnects the high-voltage supply. Most industrial machinery has a big emergency stop

An easy fix for this would be to have a lever or handle that physically disconnects the high-voltage supply. Most industrial machinery has a big emergency stop button that does just that, maybe electric cars should have the same?
