This is an interview between Billy Carson and Steven Greer. Some of the stuff is pretty far out (including that the Naval Surface Warfare Center White Oak had a "chronovisor" that could see what happened at any point in space, at any time in the past, in the 1970s), but this guy ran the 2001 National Press Club "Disclosure Project"^0 that had lots of military and government whistleblowers testifying in front of the press about a UFO coverup (a multi-decade unacknowledged multi-special-access-project coverup of events and secret research about UFO (UAP), advanced technology and non-humans (ETs etc)). He definitely has credibility but a lot of what he says is hard to assess. Interesting tho. 0: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/1322432.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/1322432.stm
