  Pretty much, except that very intelligent people would be prostitutes also, and it would be harder to find financially stable sexual partners because those people are all selling their bodies like the vast majority of the available stock, and are making similar wages. The elites of the future who take advantage of such stock will likely be less intelligent than the stock itself, if the elites of today are any indication of things to come. In other words, in the future we will likely see forced breeding that retards our population.
