- rahimnathwani 3y agoThe last time I checked, most UK banks add 2.75% to the Visa/MC wholesale rate. Occasionally, a bank will create an account whose debit card has 0% FX loading, to help gain customers. Then, once they've gained a bunch of customers, they'll change the terms of the account.
