I don’t think it’s wise to trust the rumored prices much. Even if the rumors are overall right because of multiple points of leakage in the supply chain, price would be one of the easiest information for Apple to keep secret. In fact the rumored price may even be planted by Apple to create an anchor and make the product look cheaper once released.
