Sadly, more and more, releases these days means U.S. only. Here in Germany, App store tells me, not available in your region or country. That been said, Bing-App is pretty good so far, waiting to look at openAI one. Far too many fake ones masquerading as chatGPT apps and it is really painful to see my friends paying for some of these fake ones to remove adverts and trying to figure out how to make it do things.
