A lot of such products are resold on local "auction" sites. Not sure if that's a loophole or not.
- pjc50 3y agoYeah, it's technically illegal to import and sell new non-CE marked goods into the EU on ebay, but it's basically impossible to enforce. You see a handful of prosecutions a year and only for genuinely dangerous products (flammable e-scooters, illegal vapes, etc)
