Search the web at least once every two years or risk losing your Google account
- dszb 3y agoFrom the article, you have to search the web, or: - Read or send an email; - Use Google Drive; - Watch a YouTube video; - Download an app on the Google Play store; - Use Sign in with Google to sign in to a third-party app or service. I'm pretty sure neither of my alt accounts are in danger, despite not using them to search, ever.
- turtleyacht 3y agoIf (auto-)forwarding an email counts as an account being active, it's easy enough to route emails to a common account. Be sure to also set to delete messages in the origin inbox. We'll see if that works when the warning notifications start.
