Sure this is a one-off directed at TikTok, but Montanan's have a constitutional right to privacy that's being violated daily by technology companies. Another great bill to check out is by State Senator Daniel Zolnikov regarding consumer data privacy. I'm optimistic for a future where I have a legally enforceable right to privacy.
