It sounds like more of an internal process you're experiencing. Personally I noticed more meta content is surfacing but I still see a lot of interesting links on here. Also, if you're burnt out or if you've been in the tech space for a while, some things may not seem as exciting as they used to be. I'd say take a break, and also try some alternative communities. There are some places with a focused discussion on tech, like Lobsters.
