I've got two Logitech G500s mice, and the buttons broke on them too. What I did was sourced some replacement Omron switches that have a "made in Japan" stamp on them, vs the ones that were in the mouse labeled "made in China". It seems that the switches made in Japan are higher quality/have better QA.
