I read it clearly as someone who does not want to work with other people and deal with their bs. That’s fine, I get it. But at least be mature about that and own it. There’s a reason why there’s a profession in software—management—that often exclusively involves dealing with other people. In fact, good management is critical to the success of any large project. But it’s not an easy job.
