Blinkered and badly-written take on Open Source, and - to a larger extent - team work in general. Obviously there are potentially problems with any development model but if you don't have the skill or motivation to be a maintainer in the open or work in good faith without ego within a team, that's cool - but maybe don't assume everybody has the same limitations as you in that regard.
