In theory yes but practically probably not.
I’d be looking for a Twitter/Instagram replacement with:
A) no ads
B) no data mining
C) sensible (to me) moderation/filtering tools
D) right to delete
E) large network with diverse viewpoints
Truth is most people won’t pay and many who will would be bad actors so E is struck.
Even if a service doesn’t data mine and has a right to delete, others will create scrapers so B and D are void.
Im tired of “being the product” and Kagi has gotten me on board with paid search, but social seems harder to solve.

Could private groups be peer-to-peer encrypted so the network can't identify the participants, can't decrypt and can't mine the conversation? If I build it will you come?
