Perhaps I wasn't specific enough... Do you find these resources to be useful? I'm not saying you can't find articles with code for building an ANN from scratch, but I've found them to be lacking either in depth or in the quality of their explanations. At least what I found on Google recently left me surprisingly disappointed because I assumed the quality of resources online today would be so much higher than a decade ago. But it still seems to be mostly just python code snippets with some comments about what the code is doing. I suppose I thought I was going to find interactive content and well documented practical guides. Brilliant seems to be making the kind of content I think should exist, but they're obviously doing it behind a pay wall.
