No idea about South Korea, but projects routinely run late and over budget in Europe — in France, the UK, Finland etc.
- hulitu 3y agoIt's just lobby capitalism at work. They give the project to the "best" bidder and then work together.
- Gwypaas 3y agoIt truly is amazing that the entire world is in cahoots in a conspiracy against the nuclear industry.
