What happens to your variable interest rate loan if that happens? On a 50k loan does your monthly go from 300 to like 3k??
- AbraKdabra 3y agoYou take 1 and end up paying 20, it's insane. My mortgage rised from 14k in 2020 to almost 80k as of today.
