- xwdv 3y agoYou don’t need to reveal 20 years of experience. You could talk about how many years of experience will satisfy them. If they ask for 5 years of experience with some tech stack talk about stuff you did with it 7 years ago and onward. Be vague. A person of less experience will get the job and be paid the same as you anyway.
