Is the market broken? The only “failing” seems to be that you can no longer make FANG money (ie ~300k+ total comp with 5+ years experience) and also get WFH as a given. There’s still WFH jobs if you can take 50k off your total comp. And that lower pay is still double what you can make in other countries. Is this the hill we want to die on? Don’t we have a lot to lose?
