Maybe that's a good thing? If the team can solve it informally why can't it be done over other mediums? Most of the time this happens because there's a lack of documentation or other issue.
WFH is a symptom. Fix the real problems.
- dartharva 3y agoDoesn't have to just apply to SD. In fact I think SD is probably the least affected. But Commercial, HR, Marketing - all face the problem of spiraling communication loops. Physical presence does make a difference in planning and implementation, believe it or not.
