Ask HN: Flat world news, like NYT HN
Is there a current service that aggregates the news into an HN-style, flat representation. I guess this would be headlines only, and probably be like Reddit, but the premise is not to be social but to provide the news simply. I am aware of the CNN lite site, and RSS seems like it was this. But what is there now?

- runjake 3y agoThis is the second time I've mentioned it today, but https://sumi.news https://sumi.news might fit the bill. It is run by a HNer, although I can't remember their username offhand. Edit: It's apparently operated by https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=tofukid https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=tofukid
