Agree. Before the internet 20 years ago circa 2016, people simply forgot about the terrible things that public figures said in public.

Agree. Before the internet 20 years ago circa 2016, people simply forgot about the terrible things that public figures said in public.
- coldtea 3y agoBefore the internet people also were more tolerant (or had less of an outlet to exercize out their petty morality plays and power trips by getting people harassed or fired) of what private people said or what someone wrote on their blog, etc. And the lunatics haven't taken over the asylum yet.
