- AHOHA 3y agoI think the most important one listed there is the trust, if the employer/manager doesn’t trust you enough to do the work remotely, everything else will follow.
- alex_lav 3y agoThis reads like mostly platitudes. "Just do communication good" and "Just hire the right people". I also generally reject "Engineering Management" as a form of "Leadership".
