For people interested in this, look at the RACI framework. https://project-management.com/understanding-responsibility-assignment-matrix-raci-matrix/ https://project-management.com/understanding-responsibility-... - I don't see it used in a way of moving away from a blame culture, but more when an organization has tasks falling in between the gaps.
- KineticLensman 3y agoYes, RACI is exactly what I was thinking about. The differences also get people excited when they apply to delivery and funding. If you suggest that someone is accountable for a project then they may suddenly get very interested in it. RACI is also a very good way of identifying different types of stakeholder, e.g. when considering their potential roles with respect to a new project or capability.
