I will take blame over accountability. Being accountable is a lot of work, that is rarely rewarded. And blame usually does not have any real consequences.
- jmbwell 3y agoIn some cases, it’s true; taking some blame in the short term can be better in the long run than dealing with the reactionary processes and solutions of “accountability.”
