I drive a sensible European car with standard road tires, it wont climb a 2-3 degree incline with 1 inch of snow on it. I have never meet a person in real life

I drive a sensible European car with standard road tires, it wont climb a 2-3 degree incline with 1 inch of snow on it. I have never meet a person in real life with alternative weather tires. Its just not a thing in my country.
