If Wikipedia is advancing cases to a nations supreme Court, they are following the laws and rules of the country. In the US, the Parler social media company was driven out of business despite following the law based on accusations with no chance of trial. Of course it is not done by the government. But citizens cheer it on and demand censorship over political opponents.
