How about we tax based on profit-per-employee?
It would have a lot of the same effects, with some added bonuses (such as encouraging companies to have employees on the books rather than contractors)
- valenterry 3y agoIs that really what we want? Do we want a company to rather employee a lot of cheap workers to e.g. produce clothing, rather than have robots doing it? The only problem is of course the distribution of profits and wealth in the society. _That_ is the problem to tackle.
