Most of the time I am at a McDonalds they keep the McNuggets hot under a heat lamp instead of freshly frying them. You are lucky if they are even warm sometimes as they are cold. For $11.99 in the Drive Thru or MCD App you can buy 40 McNuggets at some McDonalds and I am lucky to get them hot and fresh.
Still I suppose the McNuggets came from the fryer and they didn't bother cooling them down. This is just like that Hot Coffee lawsuit where the lady put the cup between her legs and took the top off to add sugar and creamer and it spilt and burned her groin. McDonalds had to add a "Caution Contents May Be Hot" to their cups to avoid any more lawsuits.
