I think I can objectively say no. If I'm unfamiliar with a term used in a domain, and ChatGPT tells me what the term is, then I've learned something. If I google it and read a page of stack overflow answers that tells me the same thing just completely out the context in which the information was originally presented then I've also learned something, it just took me a lot longer. The idea that everything the chat bot is saying is wrong is just... well, wrong. You should take it with the same skepticism you would anything else you read on the internet, but I've found ChatGPT4 is still a very valuable tool to have.
