- elbigbad 3y agoIf I see an army forming over the horizon, it would be foolish to not build defenses, even if they’re not actively attacking at the moment.

- suby 3y agoRussia wasn't invading Ukraine, until they were. That it isn't happening right now is not a good argument given that other countries are clearly going to invest in this area.
