Thank you for the link, I will check it out - I am upfront about my relative ignorance. I wanted to challenge the conventional wisdom because I feel our responce to COVID / etc. was haphazard. At the moment my faith in Schools, very rigid institutions, to adapt and properly consider risks to children is essentially zero.
